A hopeful scenario: she's cured, and in deep cover avoiding all the people who want her imprisoned as an experiment in some hellish lab, while being genuinely helped by whatever the power behind Mr Blue Eyes is.

A less hopeful scenario: she's cured just enough to stop the decay, imprisoned in some hellish lab, and serving whatever the power behind Mr Blue Eyes is against her will.

Not sure but, I was disappointed that I couldn't end Reed with with the bfc 9000. Being shot was too good for him.
