getting help for Paco Torres and Babs Okoye ball's to the wall quest

I had all of Rogue's gig's done last game playthrough and your supposed to be able to get help from Rogue for Paco Torres and Babs Okoye from her and I had Ghost Town completed and when it came time to get Paco Torres and Babs Okoye out of Dogtown safely, the only person option to call for help was Panam and I wanted to get Rogue's help and there was no option for her and I even called her and no dialogue to get help from her


I'm on a new game playthrough and completed prologue act 2 and finished every fixer gig's except Mr. Hands and Rogues wont stat at all, possibly tell I start ghost town

I also completed all NCPD scanner gigs and 16 Cyberpsychosis gig's

I guess I have to go to the after life and start ghost town but don't go to see Panam and Rogue's gig's start or go see Judy and do Automatic Love???

Might be you need to get further through Rogue's other content to be able to ask for her help?

Meaning that you got to let Johnny borrow V's body and go talk to her, maybe even go thru the whole Ebunike and drive in thing.

There is a gig to 'save' a popular BD maker called Lina Melina in Dogtown.
After your first visit, you can end up going to Lina's place to get her to do a BD.
If you already progressed thru Kerry's quests to the point you took the positive route at the Riot club in Watson's little China with the Us Cracks girls, you can suggests you are working with Kerry Eurodyne and show her the picture (iirc lol) rather than pay her eddies to do the shoot.
(Tho you might have had to finish the boat drinks part, which is the end of his questline)

Similar thing with Gary the Prophet.
Later in he gets attacked by nomads. If you are also a nomad, you can calm them down.
But other V's can do the same but only if they finished Panam's questline I think.

IIRC Rogue and Ward are the same (buy new generators to cover him). Panam is the one with a different one (make them live NC).
I always did panam and it's a "good ending". They go to Africa (Nairobi I think ?) and send you a picture. It's kinda sweet.

To unlock rogue, I assume you have to do Johnny questline, or at least the part about Rogue. Panam need you to do the main story with her and perhaps the first mission with her (the one where you save Saul). Saul's mission is time sensitive anyway, so you should do it.
Ward need you to do his questline.

I don't think gig matters for any of it.

The game is full of that. Phantom Liberty even more as lots of people would have completed the main game when it launched, so they did lots of fan service.

For Lina, you have US crack+kerry pictures, drop the corpo girl name from Joshua quest (the passion/Jesus of arroyo), being a corpo origin, hack the computer.
If you did Joshua quest and make Lina/Toolina a thing, then the corpo girl contact you to ask if they are legit.
If lina/toolina continue, they'll send updates. You can tell Lina to get clothes from Jinguchi, which likely need you do to the side quest there in the first place. And later she mention in her newsletter doing shopping on the tip of a "honeybun".

And that's like one quest. Lots of it is easy to miss, admitedly. Some if bugged to.

Looks like i picked the worst option in this Quest then :x
After he forced me to use Drugs, just for letting me imagine his Story better (that was soooo unneccessary), i picked to stick the missing Generators to that Yuri.

I mean... Paco stole Stuff from someone who he KNEW would kill him, if its discovered, literally after his first Mission. Then he gets so scared that he grabs the first random Person on the Streets and complains about his Situation, that he caused himself.
Paco was never smart enough to join Barghest.

When Yuri appeared at our Meeting Spot, i already knew that Paco probably had another "iam soooo smart" moment and told someone else about the Plan....
....atleast Babs was smart. She left Dog Town and Night City at first possible Moment and was already on her Way to another Continent, when i called to inform her about Paco's condition.

I tried again to get Rogue's help and before going to see Panam at her station wagon beside the road to start Ghost Town, but that game only gave me the frame Yuri option and ignored that I did all of Rogues fixer gig's and wouldn't let me call her
