Lucretia My Reflection: Can I stall now?
Just got to the part in the Phantom Liberty story where President Myers has been "saved" and now I have to go to a Capitan Caliente restaurant to call a sleeper agent named Reed.

Can I delay this particular leg of the quest or is it time-sensitive?

I have some things I'd like to do outside Dogtown before I continue in Phantom Liberty.

You can, I'm 100% sure. I did the same thing on my run once I was told to go to Capitan Caliente, I used that time to just explore Dogtown and complete side jobs & gigs. Had no problem(s) on my end, so you should be fine. :steamthumbsup:
