Who tips off the XBD Scavs in "Disasterpiece"?

There are a few methods of locating the XBD after you leaver Fingers "MD":

1. Wakako (directs you to Sex Shop or if you've met a quest req, she give you one).
2. Sex shop, to XBD Dealer.
3. Dark Net, to XBD Dealer.

When you arrive at the Death's Head crew's hideout, you'll find a computer in a semi-destroyed building on which you can read about them being tipped off to a potential threat. So, either Fingers, Wakako, the Sex Shop owner, or the XBD Dealer, tipped off the Death's Head crew about someone looking/gunning for them.

Now, if you speak directly to Wakako and get the XBD from her, the Death's Head crew will still get tipped off - which means it wasn't the Sex Shop or Dealer. It can't be Wakako because, well, it's Wakako - she's a shady snake but she sees more value in V's work than V's death since she never tipped off Arasaka, either.

Fingers tips them off.

Now, get back to his clinic and show him what's what.

Thanks to patch 2.0 vendor rebalance I no longer have to be nice to Fingers to get unique implants from him. I kind of agree with him about Judy, but still the guy is a creep.
