You Know My Name being escorted out of the Black Sapphire

I always wondered why you can catch up to the Barghest guard escorting you out of the Black Sapphire and have a grab option with him, so I grabbed him and had an all out gun battle with every Barghest guard in the lobby of the Black Sapphire, I ended up getting a 5 star wanted level and got a achievement for it

The APB is Not Enough achievement

I had gotten a five star wanted level else where in dogtown in other playthrough's and never got that achievement tell now

i figured out that attacking the Barghest Soldiers doesnt really affect the Wanted System. But if you attack the Barghest Guys who act like some kind of Police (blue NPC marker on map), you can reach 5-star pretty quick.

when I was trying to escape out the entrance some of those blue NPC 's you mentioned showed up and I fought them too
