I like the PL ending the most out of all the options, it took me a while to understand it but it reminded me heavily of an ending to a FX crime drama called SNOWFALL but with a much lighter tone compared to where that ending left people (no spoilers for the TV show, go watch it, I think it's worth it).
I quite like the idea that were watching V come to terms with the fact that his legacy is over but not his life, while those in night city who once might've been there for him are gone, and he's been purposefully told by some to avoid even interacting with elements of his own life, we see v finally be able to walk off into the crowd, with no real fear of being unable to cure their condition.
even though the last walk through night city leaves the City and V on a downtrodden wimper, and the final interaction with misty really got my tear ducts going, it's nice to know V has at least one ending where araska gets their comumpence, he gets cured, and he can walk off into the sunset without a care in the world.
Second best for me is definitely the one where the V let's go and lets Johnny Take over. To go with Alt.
