I did Knockin' on Heaven's Door a few days ago and let V take the body (Johnny is in control after Knockin') and that lead to Path of Glory.
It was kind of confusing because V gets angry at Johnny and tries to stop him while he's walking to give her back the body, so I started wondering if I was actually picking the option to keep the body, but I wasn't.
Not sure how that plays out after Don't Fear the Reaper.
Either way to storm Arasaka tower without Aldecaldos' and keeping the body ends with very slight variations of Path of Glory/Sun ending.
It's not affinity as "Johnny likes V" so much as "V is becoming like Johnny". That number has nothing to do with the "secret ending" and, as far as people can tell, has no effect on anything. It's just for player feedback on their choices regarding how Johnny would've done things.
(It would've been interesting if keeping that number low would've allowed Alt to safely reinsert V back into the body since V was not becoming Johnny, adding a second ending to Sun and Star endings, but that's not what happens. At a certain point, that number will jump when Johnny has some fun controlling V's body and there's no chance of bringing it down.)
