V has a favourite tequila (Cenzon), and Spunky Monkey lemonade appears to be his favourite soft drink...so I'd go with something based on those two ingredients.
That was when all their games ran on the same engine tho.
The new hires over in the USA (the ones actively working on Orion) are all likely to have training in unreal.
That's one of the reasons (I hear sometimes) as to why all the game studios are migrating to Unreal Engine.
New hires don't know the older engines, older hires are moving on...no one wants to train them/learn old engines... It's just easier to move to the 'industry standard' that everyone knows already, than insist they learn an older system.
*shrug*
(Also hear this is a reason why many games are poorly optimised nowadays. Older systems had limitations that caused creators to get creative to do what they wanted. Now, it's just about which new Nvidia card or how much ram you can squeeze into the dev kit lol)
Not sure REDEnigine and Unreal Engine can talk to eachother....
I dont think the game can include two realities, one where Arasaka is still ruled by (the reborn) Saburo, one where Arasaka is ruled by Jorinobu.
My guess is, they'll go with The Devil.
Saburo stays, and everyting else also stays as it ever was.
V is just a rumor. He came, he kicked a$$, and he disappeared.
That doesnt mean, they wont read in CP2077 save files and take over some decissions you made, but it it wont be huge things.
Maybe you can meet Randy if you saved him.
My gut tells me 2099.
It's 22 years after 2077, and they have certain numbers that crop up a lot.
22, 45, 54.
All femV's E3 stuff is slotted into slot 22 in character creation. (The bits we got, at least. Not the proper hair tho)
54 years since Johnny's attack, N54 news, where Nancy went as Bess Isis.
And 2099 has a good ring to it....the last year of the 21st century....
The end of a century gets weird to lol. We humans get a bit.... crazy XD.
22 is also a good age for femV's and River's kid, or mascV's and Panam's kid to decide to go ride to Night City to ask about them, should they decide to go the 'my parent was V' route for a protagonist....
(Tho I doubt they would go that path myself. Think they want no actual connections to V)
