Depending on who was leading the Maelstrom at the time, the story is bigger or smaller.
With Bick In charge, there isn't much in the way of juicy story. Nancy even says so herself. He's the safe and boring leader, won't last too long I'd say lol.
With Royce in charge tho, it's a lot more interesting. Sneaking the info out..(possibly you zeroing half the club lol) and the story gets much jucier.
If both Royce and Brick are out, you end up with a crazy woman in charge who's had Nancy locked in a back room for a couple days. That's still good enough, nas kidnapping is a death sentence in NC. She can get a lot of news with that.
not sure with the text. Last run I did the same, sided with the voodoo's but flatlined them after meeting Alt because they betrayed V (Veronica is not a very forgiving lady anymore lol)
Don't remember getting it, but I'll look to see if I have that message.
I went there after just helping Judy, but had not helped Panam or Takemura yet, then went right into the expansion, so I could have mixed it.
Could be an automated text set to send at a specific time tho, lore wise I mean.
