You also get access to the MaxTac Mantis Blades if you accepted Yoko's deal or called Mr. Hands when prompted to find a netrunner that can help with tracking and trapping MaxTac, though there isn't any actual benefit to them over "standard" mantis blades, they just look slightly different. If you did Nix's side jobs (Spellbound and KOLD MIRAGE) you can call on him as one of the netrunner options, he gets the job done the fastest and will give you a Self-ICE when you meet him.
However, you will only get access to The Tower ending if you leave Songbird alive and refuse to end her life at the end of this chain, you only get access to the neural matrix if you betrayed Songbird and then refused her request (King of Pentacles ending). Killing her (King of Cups ending) results in no extra rewards over the other ending, and it's not a good result for pretty much anyone, and both Reed and Myers will not be happy about it.
If you betray Reed, you get access to the King of Swords and King of Wands endings. If you turn Songbird over to Reed (King of Swords) then you get access to the neural matrix but nothing else apart from 3 missable weapons that you can also get in the Wands ending. If you kill Reed and send Song to Tycho, she will send you a post card, a metal pin from Tycho, and a Quantum Tuner cyberware which is actually pretty useful because it reduces cooldowns for other cyberware and you can't get it anywhere else, it's only from this ending quest. But you will not get the neural matrix as Song has already used it on herself, and spoiler alert, she was never telling the truth about saving your life, the neural matrix can only be used ONCE, meaning it was always going to come down to someone being used and betrayed.

If you turn Songbird over to Reed (King of Swords) then you get access to the neural matrix but nothing else apart from 3 missable weapons that you can also get in the Wands ending. " What are the three missable weapons?
