Judy's missions won't progress. Help.

Spoilers ahead!

I can't seem to progress Judy's missions. Evelyn died about 20-30 hours of gameplay ago. I have since done almost all Panam quests (she have just called me to tell that the tank have been assambled). I have completed the Vooodoo boys story mission and Arasaka parade mission. Judy stil didn't call or text me.

Does anyone know, is there a prerequisite for Judy's next mission?

I have tried:

- sleeping in my appartment (multiple times)
- waiting for 24 hours (multiple times)
- visiting Judy's appartment (she just stands by the window, uninteractable)
-calling her (doesn't pick up the phone)

Found another thread on official forums back in 2021 with the same bug. With the support telling them it's a known issue.... This has been an issue since 2020 and still not fixed... Is there any way to trigger it via console?

People in Reddit are saying that the quest takes longer to trigger now in 1.6 and you can just continue playing.

In my current playthrough I think it took a good while, but I did not care as I was completing all gigs, sidequests and NCPD hustles before going to Takemura, and that also includes Judy, I only have left Rogue's to complete.

So far I think you cannot lock yourself out of that quest line.

Mine is after, "Both Sides, now" mission. Just tried doing all I've heard. I slept for 25 hours, walked out of the apartment and nothing.

I tried going back to the apartment 'cuz people said to inspect all the magnifying glass interest points.

I even called Mr. Hands and did all his dialog lines and still absolutely nothing is happening.

The only thing I can think of is that you accidentally refused to help. If you do that, you need to call her back straight away or you lose the gig forever.

Sadly there is no way for me to do that since it's been way too long.

Update: She finally messaged me to tell me she buried Ev. I just asked how she was feeling and she said she was going to get, "Thoroughly sh-t faced. That's where the convo ended. I still can't really call her though. Hopefully that means the quest is back on track though.

So the only thing I can really recommend is going to your apartment and sleeping 25 hours, then just doing side missions. Or validating your game files which is also something I did. I also started getting calls and texts from other NPCs in the game from quests I did WAY before like Pepe's quest that I did way way way before.

I waited about a week in-game and didn't seem to speed up the process so that's the only thing I can imagine.

I had finished "Both Sides, Now" and had a ton of side and main quests and she didn't call me back for Ex-Factor, so I did the sleep in V's apartment trick (sleeping 25 hours and waiting some more), and got the text from her talking about burying Eve.

After that nothing happened for a while, than I decided to call Mr Hands even after completing the Voodoo quest a long time ago. had some chat with him (the blue dialogue options) and right after it Judy calls me for Ex-Factor.

I still dunno if in 1.6 it takes some more time for the quest to trigger, or if any of the solutions actually worked. If anybody else is stuck with this, I recommend sleeping 25 hours plus calling Mr. Hands after waiting and fast traveling for a while.

I got the mission to meet her at embers about 1 hours gameplay after calling Mr Hands.

you don't need to verify files. these sorts of missions were designed for you to not be focused on them in an obsessed way. You're intended to just play the game as normal until she calls you. If you do other missions that advance time, she'll call you back in a few minutes. Also worth noting that I'm pretty sure NPCs can't call you inside of V's apartment unless it's specifically scripted to do so.

Are you not reading the comments from me and others? Most of us got to the point where we beat all side missions and she never called. My friend who played just recently said she did every side mission, every police side mission, every side quest, didn't get a call and all she had left was the last mission. Lol

Are you not reading the comments from me and others? Most of us got to the point where we beat all side missions and she never called. My friend who played just recently said she did every side mission, every police side mission, every side quest, didn't get a call and all she had left was the last mission. Lol

it's based on story mission progress not side mission. side missions, as name implies, are aside and don't effect the story. Considering I've never had any game breaking issue in either of my two runs of Cyberpunk, which were on totally different version of the game, it has to be some kind of user error.

If a secondary quest cannot resume in case the main story progress reached the climax, I would not qualify it being a user error but a badly designed quest system.
When players are forced to use clunky workarounds to get their game work properly, it's clearly the developers who are at fault for not preventing the issue.
