Should I kill or confront Sasquatch or Skip the boss, are there any consequences of killing or avoiding the fight

Whats the best choice ?

I personally always take her down because (mild spoiler) it becomes relevant in a Phantom Liberty quest. I do not wish to reveal more than this in case you're new.

Sneaking past has no real consequences though.

Ok, So it would be in my best interest to take her down ? Down the line some other quest would be impacted ?

In my opinion, yes.

It's also a fairly entertaining fight in and of itself, on top of the above point (she has a fair rep, so if you have a rep of being the one to take her down....).

If you're sneaking about anyway it's possible to nick her hammer before the fight begins, which helps.
