Please allow the player to kill Lizzy Wizzy
I never undrestood why the developers did not give us that option. The most logical time would be when she asks for the player's help the second time, i.e., when she asks you to get rid of her boyfriend's corpse. In the game, you get the chance to kill people for lesser crimes than murder

Since there's not an option to kill her, the only conclusion I can come up with is that Violence which is unlocked after Search and Destroyed occurs before the events of Phantom Liberty, namely when she makes an appearance in You know my Name.

I mean. If you kill Taylor Swift. Do you think you will be hunted down and arrested like the number 1 criminal in the world? Celebrities are royalty in america, and they will pay a kings ransom for them.
Remember that the US traded the merchant of death, Viktor Bout, for a B list basketball player. When said player was caught red handed smuggling illegal drugs in Russia. She was not even close to be worthy to bring that man out of prison, yet they did so.

If you get to kill Lizzy Wizzy. It most likely create so many new issues that the devs simply do not have the ability to account for that. A videogame is limited in what it can do, and you simply will never be able to do everything you want. The biggest and wider the game. The less you can account for all situations.

If V every was hunted down for killing someone like Taylor Swift. Your main goal of finding a cure simply will not be possible. Leading to a game over. Since you do not want game overs like that, you might as well not give the oppertunity to do something like that in the first place.

I would argue that robbing Arasaka, a bloodthirsty global conglomerate with endless money and a dedicated squad of terminators, would be way worse than killing this world's version of Taylor Swift.

At least the Chiefs wouldn't be so relevant anymore

That totally depends on the agenda of the person who's in charge after the robbery ... did you never wonder why Arasaka doesn't come after you in the game? Cos they'd 100% be able to find out it was you. They find Jackie without any problems if you send his body to Vik so there shouldn't be any reason for them to be unable to locate V, who lives basically around the corner and frequents the same ripperdoc.

You know what. You are correct in that fact. It is. However there is a major difference between robbing Arasaka and murdering celebrities.
Arasaka is part of the main quest and IS hunting you down (to a degree). This means the devs can account for that because that is what the game is centered around.
Murdering celebrities however isn't part of the main quest, and it should be a massive tangent to include the consequences from it.

The reason Arasaka isn't hunting you down actively in the game is because Yorinobu doesn't have a interest in you. He is seeking for ways to destroy Arasaka, and the chip was only part of his plan to expose Arasaka and ruin its main project (Mikoshi and soulkiller). This is why Arasaka doesn't get involved unless you do something to aid those who seek to remove him from power and lower his own strength within Arasaka. Yorinobu doesn't care about V, Johnny or the chip. As he is in control, he doesn't go after V when he doesn't have to.

In the end. It is all a matter what you want to spend your time and money on. Do you want to spend it on a story where you F**k up a corp and get involved in their dirty business. Or do you want some nonsense cause by you killing influential people? You can't have both unless you have infinite money and time.
Spoiler:

Lizzie's boyfriend was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around with Lizzie's Free Will. He was going to erase her and replace her with a modified version. I can't fault her actions. I just don't know why she couldn't walk 10 ft and dump a body herself. My only problem with her is making V an accessory

Killing Lizzie would be a huge mistake. This would have a very significant bearing on an event in Phantom Liberty,
