So there are lots of VIPs and people you meet during your story.

Depending on when you play the DLC, there are lots of differences. Some i know already, some i only can guess about but im pretty sure there are as well noteable differences after (or earlier).

Some examples for a as soon as possible playthough of PL:

- Holt: optimistic about getting elected (no Peralez quest done)
- Maiko Maeda: sitting together with Tyger Claws and Soviet agents making a deal (no Judy quest yet)
- Lizzy Wizzy: dont know V (different to making her quest)
- Hideshi Hino: the comedian twin of Takemura (no Takemura quest yet), i can recommend Takemura as his double (maybe dialogue optiuons later with him)?

There are some more but thats what i have so far.

Im very curious if some of you noticed differences as well depending on your playthrough level (early or late). What did you find out?

I've done that part twice, but both times I was lvl 40-50+ and had done a lot (probably all) of the things that you listed as not done yet.

I don't remember specifics, but my experience was very different from yours on all of the above encounters, so that is pretty cool indeed.

And there were a lot more people to meet, like Mr. Hands, those reporters and maybe some others I forgot.

And Lizzy Wizzy giving me her head-thing (which was created by some famous artist in real life, then 3D-scanned into the game, if I remember correctly! ). Not quite my style, but...
