if i save takemura do i still have the choice to others endings like fear the reaper or it goes automatically to takemura ending????

Saving him simply means he is around at the end of the game.
Whichever ending you choose.
It really only affects the ending known as 'the Devil' since he will be the one there to speak to you.
Otherwise, he just has messages to V during the end credits.

Takemura won't show up unless you deliberately choose to take Hanako's offer. It's good to have him with you, so I would say you should save him.
