I can see why people think it's a "Johnny Likes V" meter as he becomes less hostile as it increases, but given what V has to do to make it increase or decrease, I think it's more a "V's Becoming Johnny" meter.

I wish they had made it so V's choices would start to narrow (dialog options start to vanish) if that meter became too high. (Maybe it does. I know V's capable of being quite hostile with Johnny in my current run where it's still just 40, but this is also the first time I'm specifically playing a V seeing Johnny whole deal as an obstacle to becoming a legend.)

I make V chastise Johnny. I make V complain about him. I make V tell him he's not trustworthy. I make V make him promise not to do anything bad. I let Johnny take the wheel just once. Johnny goes ham with V's body. I have V chastise Johnny for it.

20% before "talking to Rogue" up to 75% with a horrible hangover?

Ugh. I'm going to have to see what happens if I have V deny Johnny's request to "talk to Rogue".
