But then again, it IS possible to not kill the attacker. You probably have to pay more attention to what's actually lethal in CP2077. For example, it's short circuit that's actually non-leathal (or cripple movement, reboot optics, of course) ... and then you can have non lethal weapons. But then again if you enemy is already unconscious and you hit them again, they may still die. So you need to stop in time. But that's true for all the Cyberpsycho missions, too.
Well, you could use a non-lethal weapon like a baseball bat or any old gun you have modded with a Pax mod. Of course in both of those cases, you have to make sure to stop in time. (If you keep hitting an unconscious person on the floor, they may still die.)
