Just realized...
Just realized something that I didn't pay attention to on my first run: Chimera was completely controlled by some Rogue AI. after Songbird disconnected. When it starts to attack and haunt us, we see the same red digital traces of Blackwall that follow Songbird throughout the game.

So she allowed Rogue A.I. get through it, but couldn't handle it, and it took control of the Chimera, trying to kick V's ass.

This really gives me chills, So Mi has truly become dangerous since she lost control of herself and the Blackwall entered her brain. She could free all the Rogue AIs and bring about a Terminator-like robopocalypse on Earth. This could still happen (should happen) in the sequel tho.

What do you chooms think about it? :militech:

I have different ideas in my mind actually
One of them is that the AIs are actually interested in V and his ability to be alive (even if apparently for a short time....we don't know yet if we will see V on Orion but I have opinions even for that) with a messed up relic.
The fact that V is able to survive blackwall attacks make things dangerous for the AIs meaning that, for them in the real world, someone can actually fight them.

If you choose to betray SoMi you will find, in the Millitech base, some terminals where the AIs are leaving messages like "they don't know what will come" or "they are so fragile and easy to kill"

So V for them is a HUGE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ problem.

Plus, if you decide to help SoMi and you scan her in your ways to the space base, you will find an error code made by 0 and 1. If you try to translate it most of the languages will give you "Omega" and Omega is a star in the constelation of Orion. This could possibly mean that yeah...blackwall and the AIs will be the baddies in the sequel...who knows....we will see.

And plus again, Mr Blue Eyes is described from SoMy as a "Proxy"...so can be our Misterious man a benevolent AI that wants to help humanity?
This could be the reason why he can be found around looking at V (even in the space base) and trying to save SoMi before the blackwall can take advantage of her.
And he can probably be the only one able to save V...that's why you can find him only in the secret ending.

Remember that the PL ending is not after the base endgame...is an "escape route" from the base story if you really crave survival...as all the fan base asked...but at what cost?...could be that the developers messed with us even in this?

But again this is not the right thread for this :p

That too, for sure. And besides, for these Rogue A.I's, V is kinda proof that they can load into the brain of a living person and rewrite his personality, freeing themselves from their closed and isolated section of the network, the resource intensity of which is coming to an end. So perhaps they are interested not so much in V himself as in the Relic.

This is actually a very interesting concept, especially considering the new ending in which V becomes disabled and can no longer access cyberwares.
I, and other people, think that V get forced to be disabled more than becoming disabled.
If you betray SoMi you will speak with the Mayers once more.
If you go rough on her she will say that they have eyes on
V because, as powerful he/she is, is a threat to the NUSA so they need to zero your powers.

If I'm not wrong (I will reach the endgame again those days), if you refuse the FIA deal and assault the Arasaka Tower, Alt will actually make you understand that the AIs are interested in the relic and she will say that SoMi actually merely touched the Blackwall.
But thing is, are we sure that Alt is at your side?
She is actually the only AI capable to bypass the Blackwall and she tries to convince you to stay with her. Why?
Are you too powerful?
Could you be an useful resource for the AIs?
Are you a threat?

And if you think about it, if Alt is able to move inside and out the Blackwall it means that...the Blackwall is already compromised or probably under the controls of Alt herself (Alt il all red... Blackwall is all red...all the traces SoMi leaves when she's possessed by the Blackwall are red...)

AI were already able to possess a body. On a Maelstrom quest you have to kill a cyberpsycho that has been "evoked" from the net sacrificing a woman.
But she went full crazy and killed everyone uncontrollably, so you are there to stop her.

If you accept the deal with the Arasaka, even if they are able to remove the relic from your body, unbelievably, Silverhand is still there with you saying you to "go away" because "you can't stay there".
That could possibly mean that the bond created between the engram of Silverhand and V is so strong that can live even without the relic now if V still has his cyberware (that's why NUSA blocked EVERYTHING on you).
So Silverhand could potentially be your only "inside" help against Alt and the rouge AIs if that will happen.

That we like it or not, V for the AIs is an anomaly and they probably want to understand you and the Relic.
Because you are the only one living with an AI/engram (Silverhand) and not going mad even if you have so many implants that could turn you into a human nuclear bomb.

We are just dreaming about it but is nice to do it.

Then we could end having a sequel that has nothing to do with this, but still again, is nice to dream about it ;)
