Pretty much Mr Blue Eyes is a man of considerable connections and power, who contacts V precisely because she stormed Arasaka directly with Johnny which gave him a chance to infiltrate Arasaka during the mayhem.
For that he sends V to the Crystal Palace to steal something important, for which V in return should she succeed will give her a chance to obtain a cure.
So we'll probably know more about what happens next in the sequel since all CP endings are intentionally ambiguous.
--> Intro with Jackie, making it playable to do those little gigs before the big Arasaka Heist
--> Making the gangs/corporations joinable or affiliated in some way, I know you're a merc but I'm confident a lot of mercenaries in the Cyberpunk universe are connected to one or more Gangs/Corporations like "Adam Smasher". He's affiliated with Arasaka, would be amazing if I could be partners with Militech, Biotechnica, Kang Tao.
--> Ending After story Missions. Example would be that we could actually play the mission of the Crystal Palace Heist, settling in our new location with the Aldecados, Becoming a NC Legend and continuing after hitting that VIP ending, or even finding the cure.
--> Make every possible romance "unisex", I hate how they say "In the world of Cyberpunk, you can be whoever" but it's gender restricted, at that point in society, who would even care about female or male when you can alter yourself to near perfection of the opposite sex?
So much more could be added but I know they won't, it's so sad they're finished with only 1 DLC and the fixes that should've been added slowly before Phantom Liberty. Dreams are dreams man
There's no confirmed story behind any ending, except one which is not really an ending.
They're all ambiguous, meaning they end on a cliffhanger that pretty much implies V is going to live on for quite some time while combating the condition from the Relic, but what happens next is something CDPR is most likely saving for the sequel.
They've perfectly set it up to continue after all, so it'd be weird not to.
Star ending: Going to find a cure.
Storming Arasaka (by either method)
Sun ending: Hoping to find a cure if V survives.
Siding with Arasaka
Devil ending: Cure failed, and V's body's on an unavoidable, guaranteed death timer.
Making an unplanned decision at the end
Temperance ending: V's gone. Johnny lives as a normal mortal person without any brain issues.
Taking the Easy way out.
No ending: Take a wild guess. (CDPR makes it plain what the writers think of that ending during the credits. No cheevo even.)
I'm still near the beginning of Act II after starting over when the expansion came out. (V hasn't even called to try to find Evelyn, hasn't met with Goro a second time, and hasn't met with Rogue the first time. Doing as many sidequests and exploration as I can before advancing to add some more. I prefer a clean map.)
I don't know about PL's endings yet.
