This is how bets work. You bet $X amount of money. When you "bet" it - you pay it off to some bank or 3rd party. So at the moment of "betting" your change of balance is a net loss of $X. Then:
-- If whatever you were betting on didn't happen, your bet lost and you just .. walk away. Your money is still in that bank, remember? So, your loss is $X
-- If whatever you were betting on happened, your bet won and you take the bank, meaning that if there were two participants betting you get that participant's money as well and at that moment your account would be a net gain of $X (because one times $X is yours to get you back to net 0 change and then another $X from that participant)
So if you've bet $X and then in the end you don't get $2X but only $X then it makes no sense - nobody would ever do such a bet where they stand to win nothing but have a chance to lose the entire bet.
Yeah but I wasnt aware I had to put on up in the final bout. Probably smashed skip too much lol
