So after Getting my soul broken again by a Netrunner Girl 2 times in a row it got me wondering Dose song bird ever come back or make contact after the ending and if not Dose anyone else think that Song and Lucy might end up meeting if CDRed picks it as a cannon Ending for future games going forward?

Have you done From Her to Eternity yet? Otherwise, not that I've found. And possibly it will be for the sequel to at least give a namecheck and a nod in So Mi's direction. (Would love Minji Chang to be asked to bring her back for more - loved the character.)

No that quest still has not showen up for me and its been like an ingame month since

That's a fair amount of time. Not sure how long it took me in ingame days (had missions which moved time in that). Hope it fires for you soon, and Unfinished Sympathy if you've not had that one yet either.
