(And I'm no longer so sure about my Devil-ending theory that V has basically been turned into a construct by that time.)
Mr. Blue Eyes wants someone to bypass security on the space casino and I'm guessing, steal all the meta and not so metadata of the world's most powerful and influential that frequent the station. That way the people he works with (Rogue AI) can get a better understanding of how they "tick." Then possess/hack them over time just like Peralez and his wife or like the last season of Westworld. Possibly another deal with the devil if you ask me, just a different faction. Which is why the reward if successful is "beyond" what V could ever dream of. They will use their technology and knowledge to fix V in return. Maybe even "more" because V is helping them get the keys to the world.
Plus Mr. blue Eyes already seems really happy with just V's actions at Arasaka Tower when it comes to Arasaka, which gave them access to black ops and research data they stole in the chaos and continue to steal. That stolen research including Mikoshi data, combined with their AI tech and research, again would likely be enough to fix V's issues.
...Which in the end is putting Johnny back into your head. :D :D
I kid on the last part, sort of.
