Report a translation problem
Method suggested:
1) Once you're at the location, wait for the assignment to switch from Save the Monk to Defeat the Gangoons
2) This occurs once the Monk is finished speaking to the gangoon there; if you engage before hand, it doesn't clear properly.
3) Non-lethal takedowns only, just in case, no weapons of any kind
I personally had this bug for me twice; first time, said I killed someone when I've been a fully non-lethal player since day one and second, one of the enemies was in the crate. I highly recommend saving right before and expecting to do it twice or more, just in case. But it SHOULD work, unless something has changed in the last year-ish
I always go in the back way, over the containers, or the side entrance you can open with 7 tech.
I leave the main guy until second to last.
