I don't understand Judy's behaviour in "Sun" ending (with Rogue)
So when you finish game and decide to give body back to V (I let Johnny take control) you wake up in bed with Judy (if you romanced her).

But then she mentiones that she doesn't want to stay in NC anymore and wants to leave. Like ok, she mentioned that before, but it is the ending and we are together and she knows I will die soon.

Anyway I go to the last mission with Mr. Blue Eyes and then I have voicemail from Judy that she left and I should have nice rest of life. Doesn't really make sense to me.

Judy's a selfish slitch with issues, it hurts her less to leave a dying Victoria then sticking around and watching her lover waste away.

Honestly I'm shocked that people are surprised when she leaves.

What Fauxpas said, but in a gentler way - she has lost a lot of people to Night City. Her family, Evelyn, everything happening with the Clouds (depending on your choices), and now the player. I think it's understandable that she doesn't want to watch V potentially go out in a blaze of glory on a suicide mission. If V is going to die, she would rather spend time with V out on the road.

So her decision will seem more kind depending on which ending.

But I liked this element of her character.... she wasn't perfect and it made her seem a lot more human.

Her name's Valerie, not Victoria ...

It's been awhile, my bad.

yes that all makes sense and it is ok

but I found it really weird she just leaves. But ok whatever

And what is more confusing to me is that phone message at the end. Because it is the same message as when you just ghost her (Hanako ending). Maybe I should have been more clear in my first post

I was expecting different phone message in this case that will reflect the situation.

This was the only ending from all 6 (5 - double Johnny) where I was like wtf...

Looking at that again, and looking all the voicemails V got in the end credits - I now totally get Judy. V seems to have pretty much abandoned everyone from her "family", since all those voicemails are basically saying "hey, haven't heard from you in a LONG while". So I guess it's up for debate who's turned into a "selfish ♥♥♥♥♥" ... I can see Judy noticing this change in V and not liking it. (In other words: What she sees is V changing from the caring person she fell in love with into one of those Night City ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ she can't stand.)

She probably tried to make it work and stayed because she knew V didn't have much time left, but then, just couldn't take it any longer and I can't blame her. I have to say I don't really like the V from the Sun ending as much anymore as I liked her pre-ending and she better have a damn good reason to treat all of her friends in such a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ way or else I'm done with her, too.

Yeah. V is an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. In every ending, they appear to cease all contact with all of their friends and people who fit into the family category.

not just in that ending, i have gone with Arasaka deal, where at the end you can sign a contract to be "fridged" until cure found, or live a few months and die
i called Judy before that and she told me she wants to see me not just in an hour, but right now
(or in another ending when you kill yourself she is really ****ed up on a bed crying, so she really likes you)

about the contract i was thinking, i would like to go down and live that little time with my loved ones, who would be Judy mostly, then you get the credits videos where it shows the same msg that you would get if you choose to sign the contract, that she goes away from the city...
like wtf man, wait for me or talk with me before you go? I was going down to Earth for you!? I would say goodbye to everyone else and go back and sign the damn contract.
