[Spoiler] Jackie was killed way too soon

Jackie was killed way too soon, change my mind. Imo one of the most fun and interesting characters and he dies in like first two hours of game (if you skip sidequests etc..). I wish he was given more space. Nearly cried when the dude died.

I greatly enjoyed his character and was sad when he died. They did a great job with him, in my opinion! I would have liked more time with him, too.

yep, I also wish T-bug stayed a bit longer (altough she was not as interesting as Jackie). Like we didnt get to know her at all.

dude ... its half a year after game release, most people having any interest in game already finished it atleast once. So this is not really a spoiler.

Loads of people buy it constantly. Not everyone played it in the first week. I only played it last week and Ive owned it since Dec. Its a spoiler post and shouldnt be here. I've reported it.

He really shows his true colors at the Afterlife meeting and on the drive to the heist. Where he seemed to be barely in control of himself. And he was obviously only thinking of himself. In the conversation they had V was obviously worried he was going to blow the heist, if he did not control himself. imo that was very realistic, if you had ♥♥♥♥♥♥ life the whole time and then had an opportunity to make better and lead a better life doing one big job you would also be excited and atleast little bit selfish.

Jackie was written more or less with the sole purpose of dying. He was fun, but not that interesting of a character. Didn't have much going on. I think it was a very appropriate point in the story for him to die and it would have been sadder for me if we weren't showered with deathflags.

I sometimes wonder how Jackie would have handled Johnny if he kept the chip in his head and got the reboot instead.

Jackie died before the game was made in the trailer. Jackie had the soul killer installed before he died. Jackie gave the soul killer to V who then dies.

In one way or another Jackie is an alternative to Johnny.

Or Jackie could just let the soul killer be installed and he would resurrect after his body was disabled. Soul killer only work on a dead body.

V dies because Jackie is not around to keep Deshawn on a leash. Like Jackie did with the corpos.

V gets the option to send the body to Vic. It wouldn't be much different from V being sent to Vic after being killed.

Yeah, I was initially very cold towards him at first and didn't understand why the game tried to paint him as my bff 5 minutues after he held me at gunpoint when we first met him if I remember correctly?
Then I slowly started getting attached, the spell of the Spanish language lol. When he stopped moving, my heart sunk, I thought I messed up and got him killed because of my playstyle, should've been given a way to save him, even for just a little longer.

Also I'm disappointed you couldn't romance him.
