Ghost Town mission: Locked Station Door

Hi all,

during the Ghost Town mission, if you eliminate all the Shiv and explore at your leisure, there is a locked door in the Station opposite the bar:

If you don't have the required Force level (10), is there any other way to get the authorization somewhere ? Or is that for a later quest in the game ? (It's very frustrating to not have a clue).
