Why can't I side with Yorinobu ?

Also I'd like an end where not taking the gun on the floor could lead to Yorinobo killing Hanako and destroy the engram chip of Saburo. Or Yorinobu killing himself so Saburo couldn't "reincarnate".

You're not helping him directly but it's pretty clear what's going to happen to Hanako without your involvement

Admitedly it's a shame we couldn't get in contact with Yorinobu during the plot , game likes to depict him as a madman but in his last moments he shows that there was more to his actions. Unfortunately whether because of cut content or the game itself being hardline on corporations being evil we don't get the chance to explore and/or cooperate with Arasaka factions.

You're right. But why is there a gun on the floor then ?

A lot of the cut content that gets talked about here on the forums is content that never existed.

We can start with an observation like "this perk is in the game but it does not do anything", and mention that there's part of the game that's incomplete. And then someone else sees that comment and thinks it means "cut content"... and a perk that does not work is sort of like cut content, but people get to imagining that there was a whole fleshed out story there that's not missing.

Or, for example, you might notice in the teaser trailer that T-Bug was the one who killed V, instead of Dex -- and that is also a sort of cut content. But that being in the teaser trailer does not mean that anyone had figured out how to flesh out the rest of the game so that that would fit in. I mean... maybe they did? And maybe that will show up in DLC? But probably not...

We are all just guessing.

Not being able to talk Yorinobu into helping us and we then help him destroy Arasaka was the biggest disappointment for me in this game.
He was basically Johnnys biggest fan.
