Anyone know how to wake up next to Panam?

During Path of Glory, I've read around people saying you wake up next to your romance and decide if you want to shower with them or alone. You're also hiding your condition from them which leads to more dialogue.

I've finished both endings that lead to Path of Glory, and both times I wake up and Panam is already in the shower... I'm puzzled as to how I am supposed to trigger her still being in bed as I want to hear the rest of the dialogue.

Any thoughts?

She'll always wake up before you and go to the shower. Looks like the scene with her was made that way. Somehow only the homosexual partners stays on the bed.

I guess in hindsight you've already told her alot about your condition during the game so it's not like you can hide it from her exactlt

If you picked Panam as your romance, you can wake up next to her, if you sleep in the tent next to the gun merchant at the new aldocaldos camp location (north west badlands). I was kinda surprised that I woke up next to her. Made me happy because there isn't much interaction besides some messsges with spicey pics after the romance.

That's actually possible because she sent me a text message about the new Us Cracks song with Kerry and I got to tell her that I played a part in making it happen.
