A way to be chauffered around

As much as I like driving/riding bikes, I would like to be in the backseat sometimes as well.

I have not completed the game yet but so far, my favourite moments were when someone else was driving me around. Like the AV in the corpo intro, dex's car, delamain taxi.

If those things were available (as in on demand) in the game, I would nearly always prefer them over fast travel points. I don't mind spending the time taking in the scenery.

I hope that you will implement a way of doing so in the second game.

There are mods for this, although I haven't tried any myself yet.

A search for 'taxi' on Nexus brought this as the most popular:

Thanks, I already know about them, but I prefer to play unmodded because patches have a way of messing things up and there's no guarantee that they will be kept updated.

They also have weird behaviours like forcing their way through pedestrians and running them over.

Ah ok. Well, maybe it will be available in the next game, as you hope for. It would be very cool, indeed!

I was planning on trying the one I linked to, but if it behaves like you mention, I'll stick with driving myself around for now
