Yeah, mods are great but this sort of thing should be baked into the game.
Honestly, it's less for the Devs to think about. But it would be interesting to see different outfits on all the main NPCs.
Yeah, I get that...but given a game this size [and the enthusiasm of modders for creating clothing changes], I think it's not unreasonable to want a few changes in this direction. If we want realism in a game, the occasional outfit change would add a lot IMHO. After all, Panam _does_ take off her jacket for one sequence [ahem]...River takes off that ridiculous coat of his, Kerry too. Does Judy only own _one_ ragged shirt and overall outfit? Seemingly..and it really sticks out.
