Make Jackie's Jacket Obtainable

If the player sends Jackie to Victor's Clinic, Victor can simply respond as he normally would, but we could surmise Victor had time enough to take off his Jacket and take a look at him before he "departs for good" with Arasaka. Think it could make for a nice memento.

I'm not disagreeing with your suggestion but FYI that that particular jacket ends up with Misty in one of the endings. Your suggestion could still be consistent with that particular ending's story, though.
