NPCs or Real People Both would be great.

Also Stock Market where you can gamble your Earnings or even Buildings and other stuff you own.

More Houses where NPCs need you Help "BASES and Patrols come out to search the streets"

Agreed. I feel like so much is half baked. No casinos or interactive elements you'd see in a world. No real crime system...GTA over a decade ago had a better system than what CD Projekt Red made to date.

The Game is good but In the End If you do only Fight Groups or Grind Delivery Missions that's it.

There is a multiplayer mod in the works, but it's more PvP than co-op ATM.

We have a stocks mod, works with a smart window overlay mod for V's apartment window.

And there are a couple NPC mods to make the city more alive. One makes them more responsive, the other iirc, makes them a little smarter.

There is literally a casino in the DLC even if it's partly scripted.
And remember that this is a "rushed game of the century" meaning a game of the century that shoots itself in the foot. Even with all possible mods the game is still lackluster.
