Changing facial features after start of game

I really appreciate the ability to change some basic features at the mirror in V's apartment, but I would love to be able to go more in depth to change facial features.

For instance, I need a nose job, lol. Characters look a little different in character creation vs in game. Giving us the option to do this at a ripperdoc or cosmetic surgery clinic would be a wonderful addition.

I can't really think of a legit reason why this isn't an option in game, as in real life we have cosmetic surgery and this is in the future where we have all these cybernetic and neural implants.

Perhaps there is a mod that does this? But then it would probably disable achievements which I enjoy.

have you tried going to the ripperdoc and choosing the other option?
not 'i want to change up my chrome'
but
' i want to change my appearance'

you can change hair, makeup, eyecolour, nails at the mirror and skintone and features at the ripperdoc's now.
not sure if you can change your bodytype and additionals tho.

Wow! I went to a ripperdoc and was able to fine tune my appearance. The best part was it didn't cost anything.

From a fluffy point of view this was a really big ask from me during my first play through. Thank you, devs for putting this in!

My other big ask was transmog, and you guys also gave us that as well :)

Loving my second playthrough so far.

Glad it worked out for you.
Been a while since I had to change up one of my V's.
I have 9 right now (lol, I know, I need help! XD) and each one is different. Each has its own 'start save' to go back to (they will stay 1.63 legacy)
But a couple times I used one of the starts to make a new version, went to another Ripper after Vik to just swap around the look for a different V.

Only thing I wish we could do is change tattoos now.
(Well....that, and have access to the npc clothing without having to mod it in, as their meshes and MascV/femV's bodymesh are different. Sooooo many bits of clothing I want, see walking around NC...*jealous)
