It looks like most of the weapons are two-handed or involve hand-to-augment combat, so dual-wielding might not be a huge priority right now.
i cant be bothered to tell you more but read up how much code its needed then code to have a rigid system in place to balance it to make it so that they dont have to high numbers.
Then ontop of that a system that makes u have talent/perks so when you dualwield they are better.
Now the big problem comes now the ppl who just wanna use one pistol you gotta have stats so its not useless.
I mean you have NO IDEA about game balancing and development and thank god for that.
Basicly this is the tradeoff in code.
dualwielding balanced or.
40 hours of detailed gameplay quests.
choose what will you want?
Im pretty sure everyone picks second.
and no im even beeing kind here its more code and work.
So if they add it they will in dlc later once they are satisfied with the orgiinal game and its stable.
So since they use Augmentation in Cyberpunk Universe, they lose the ability to Akimbo?
Since other games in modern era use Akimbo as normal function, and beside the reloading nothing speaks against Akimbo.... look Lara Croft or COD... so why they not should/could simply use Akimbo in a much futuristic setting instead?
