Trauma Drama giving me PTSD :D

First try 56k
Second try almost 90k
Third try shy of 190k

Points needed; slightly above 400k.

The problem is; my first 3 tries have gone decent but based on my experience; I know I won’t easily get my points any higher. Maybe 210k? 250k? Still nowhere close to mark.

To top it all off; I am playing on PS5 (gaming PC from 2017 uh) and by default; my character shoots upward (from his head??) unless I crouch to shoot to the sides (or start moving in that direction). Makes some of the more hectic gameplay (and some bosses) needlessly more difficult.

So what do I do as an honest to goodness gamer who can’t git good? Of course I search for exploits on forums & YT. But its currently patch 2.2 and since about 2.1 those exploits ain’t working no more.

Sigh, I wish the devs would fix it up and maybe make it a little easier (folks who already finished it could get a Steam/Xbox/PS achievement or something).
Man and I really wanted that Trauma Team suit & helm, even though it’s just the basic ”unarmored” version of the cool Trauma Team gear that we see in game. Night City ain’t fair chooms, it ain’t fair.

Just take levels slow by stopping and killing enemies when they show up to not miss points and they become really easy.
Only levels that can be hard are the 3rd level of each chapter and 1st and 2nd bosses.
Last boss is really easy because you can just stand on the lower platform and most of his attacks cant hit.
If you take it slow and dont die I think you will beat the game with around 50k or so points extra.

My tips after finishing trauma drama multiple times across many characters
1) Don’t die. The only way to achieve top score is to never die, completing the many levels without dying once
2) Take your time. Rushing levels will net you a lower score: advance a little, kill all the enemies spawning, repeat.
3) Some weapons are better than others. Personally, the upgraded laser was my favorite. Also, keep in mind that you’re netted points for every bullet that hits . Therefore, weaker weapons with a higher ROF can give you a better score (especially against bossess)
