Malorian Arms disappeared from my inventory after update ?

Hi, so i haven'T played this game for about a year, i remember i had the malorian arms 3516 and i decided to re install the game because of Phantom liberty and odd thing happed i saw that i had a weapon missing from my inventory slot which i thought was weird and then i realised it was the Malorian Arms missing and no where to be found in my stash nor my inventory while i fully remember having it a year ago. I even tried loading previous saves and it even is gone from those too

Has this occured to anyone ?

Is that Johnny's gun? Maybe they have changed the criteria for getting it, or something? I'm playing for the first time now (started after the DLC and v2.1), and got it.

Anyway, there is a black market dealer in Dogtown that supposedly sells all iconic weapons unless you already have them. Might pay him a visit.

If you haven't started the DLC missions yet, and don't have access to Dogtown, the black market dealer is the first place you're sent to, once you finally enter, after the initial DLC missions.

Yeah that is johnny's gun, i loaded a previous save and saw that my character was holding the gun in his hands but the gun was nowhere in his backpack, which is weird. No clue if they changed it or anything cause to get the gun you need to do the chippin in mission which i arleady have done a long time ago so idk what to do but ill look for the black market dealer you said

Yeah no I have no clue what's going on looks like it completely disappeared for some reason and i can't find any posts about this bug anywhere i might be the only one it's happening to

I had this happen to me too, and I'm on the PS5, it happened after I upgraded from the PS4 version. I have no idea what causes it.

Yeah I ended up installing a mod to pop a mod menu and spawn one back in my inventory and didn’t get any other issues after that

I've the same issue. (I know that Johnny's holographic arm was deleted from the game)

...but, I lost alle the items (including Porsche/clothing/gun).

I contacted CPR-tech support, a week ago, because all my savegames (v. 1.6 and older) closed my game. (One of the technicians tried to help, but had no solution [NASA PC])

Lucky me, found an older save-game on my 2nd PC that, at least, worked.

If you find a solution, pls let us know. (I guess, it could be a problem with the 8mb steam-cloud limitation, but not sure)

Oh Interesting, personally I didn’t loose anything except for the malorian arms, I did contact support but from what you’re telling me even if i send them my old save they probably won’t be able to fix it anyways

the drop off sell boxes that look like bank machines, think there called drop points, well hold your sold items if it's epic or legendary and give you a chance to buy it back, you just got to remember the drop box location you may of sold the weapon at by accident

Nope, didn’t sell it since like I previously said I hadn’t played for a long time plus when I was in my inventory my character had the malorian arms in his hands but it was in the inventory

You can head to nexusmods website, CET and Simple Menu allows you to spawn items

The game has changed a lot in the last year. I would play the whole thing again (and have, a few times) to collect any items I missed the first time...and for the new experience.
