Noticed there was a Note Shard (Yellow) in the Kitchen. Kind of curious why and what it is. As far as I know there is no way into the kitchen area. Definately not over the Counter.

I've often wondered why some of the shards we find are yellow, like they're related to a mission or important in other ways? Some are also marked with a '!' I think, but they haven't triggered anything, as far as I've noticed.

Are they related to achievements or collections or something?

Pure Speculation: Yellow equals....Book Note. White indicates Personal Note (Texting like) and the Exlamaition indacative of a note for a quest or objective (NCPD Scanner, Gig or other).
