If not, it won't be much help, but if you DO...
Did you grab the Legacy version (non REDMod version) of one of this modders files?
https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/users/192432410?tab=user+files
I have in the past, and its a known issue with their legacy version
Grabbed the 'louder footsteps' mod and the 'mute TV adds' mod. Both legacy versions, since I don't use REDMod. Lost a fair few sounds, narrowed it down to those mods (one mod, the louder footsteps)
Mod maker said that they knew (there are updates shown for me on those two mod pages, so its possible the new versions might fix it, and you have older version like I did) about the issue. It only occurs with legacy versions. You can only have one legacy version of their mods in game. REDMod versions don't suffer from it tho, iirc.
Lost the sounds at the start of the game, sounds on the menu. The trill noise when you load up. The click when you do the gun animation (lock n load sound, can't say the c word here lol, even tho its not rude in this conversational context)
Gunshots sounds. Heartbeat.
Those were the ones I noticed since I was doing the BD tutorial at Lizzie's bar.
In the end, I decided I would leave them out. The world felt too muffled with all the advert noise gone (and unless I move to REDMod version, which I prefer not to) I can't have just the 'orgiatic' and 'milfguard' adverts muted.
I feel stupid now, but yes. I disabled Redmod and now the audio is fixed. I didn't expect it because I didn't have a single audio mod installed, but that feels more like a testament to CP's spaghetti code than the dangers of modding.
Shame though. There are so many hard-backed features that I really don't like that I thought could be removed by modding.
The alphabet vomit that is the key-binding system.
The mediocre outfits.
The excessive spamming of generic graphical "features".
Blames game...
You realize how, what's a good word, pedantic?, it is to blame the game for something you did, yeah?
I mean, I've never had a single problem with the game, I'm aware others have. My condolences to them.
But, really? This isn't a even a problem with something the game did. It is literally all on you.
i modded my game since 1.6 and i've never used REDMod.
some mods offer a REDMod version and a non REDMod version.
(some, like the one i used and had to drop, call it 'legacy' version)
you can use REDMod and non REDMod mods together, but if you do use REDMod you have to also use another mod called 'cybercmd' to make them play nice together.
my personal problem was that i had a legacy version mod that did not play well for me.
i removed the other mod because i just could not play with out some of the advert noise. it felt like walking around with a head full of cottonwool.
(not in that nice, world full of snow, everything is quiet, kinda way, ether)
also, there are plenty of players here that have had issues and never modded their game at all. (look at all the poor gonks who just wanted to rebind their keys or map to their mouse side button.)
REDMod is fine, i's just some of us don't want to use it.
