Something is wrong with OP's cooling. If using water cooling, make sure your pump isn't running or your fans aren't too slow. Bad heat block contact, bad paste, etc.
Yes, that is a good tip. I ordered one of those along with the CPU and thermal paste, and it was very efficient. Air in a can... Who would have thunk...
Not the same as the powered airguns we used when I studied electronics a few centuries ago, and you have to be careful and hold the can upright so that moisture / fluids don't come out with the air, but quite good.
