Fluid motion AMD
How do i get fluid motion working? do i need to change any in game settings?

Just start the game and press [ALT]+R key to bring up the Radeon driver overlay. Activate AMD Fluid Motion Frames on the left side and close the overlay. Just mind that you will need an AMD 6000 series or above gpu for it to show up.

so nothing needs to be changed in game? how about FSR that would need to be off correct?
i think also vsync needs to be off?

AFMF is driver level frame generation only so if you want to use FSR you will need to activate it ingame. Vsync should be deactivated by AFMF automatically as long as it's turned on but of course it doesn't hurt to turn it off manually. I would also recommend to turn on Anti-lag(directly below AFMF) to reduce input latency.
