Secret ending

how do I get it? I have 85% relationship with Johnny, and after waiting 5 minutes (as advised on the Internet), I cant access that option - is it true that you really need to pick each specific dialogue option in the quest "Chippin' in" to get that secret ending available?

Yes it is, unfortunately. I ended up just making a new character and restarting with the sole intention of doing this secret ending. You must select the specific dialogue choices in "Chippin' in."

I managed to get that ending by reloading the save file and choosing correct dialogue options with Johnny.

I began to feel like that meter in the center was less "Johnny likes V" and more "Johnny's returning to life because V is becoming psychologically aligned with Johnny". Too bad it didn't leave any lasting effects in the game. It woulda been interesting if V wasn't given a choice in certain dialogs if that meter was too high (such as 80% or higher meant V couldn't return to the body even if V wanted to do it as the brain was too much like Johnny to even accept V's engram anymore).
