Anime Overhaul mod for all humans in this game?

So i've visited Nexus Mods today and was actually shocked that NOBODY made ANY anime overhaul mods for people in Cyberpunk 2077 to make it, you know, more like edgerunners vibe instead of that kinda ugly vanilla looks for everything and everyone.

I can't help myself probably, i really love good anime mods for my games and always excited to mod something like Fallout 4 with that Nanakochan pack, which changes the game completely and make it absolutely different, also with some japanese voice overhaul if possible.

And yeah, there is nothing about it for this game, its just sad. Like, ultra sad...

somebody please do something amazing, this game is awesome but humans here are incredibly ugly.

dont you want it looks like playable Edgerunners yourself? Am i the one who like super missing something like that on this game?

I guess like a cel-shading filter or something could help... otherwise it's a serious amount of work redoing models, clothes, etc.

Modders do it for the fun and yhe simple fact they want to. Something like that would be a major time investment. Maybe nobody has felt the time spent will be worth it yet.

well, there is a Rebecca skin, clothing. Same for Lucy.
and their builds are available to see on youtube (by various creators)
along with a David build, and even a Smasher build

but yeah, it would be a real heap of work since you would need to alter the NPCs looks too probably.
Cell Shaded stuff like Jouchebag said might work. think there are a couple of cartoon looks over at the Nexus, but they need a framework just for lighting/shading effects ect.

at best it would look extremely visually jarring, and at worst it'd look downright atrocious seeing heavily stylized anime characters in a world with an otherwise relatively "normal" art style

and if it's anything like the aforementioned fallout 4 mod, it'd make them look even worse than the, as you say, "incredibly ugly" people in this game already are
