Btw, are you testing with either SSR or raytraced reflections? As far as I understand, they work in conjunction, where SSR is used on the parts where raytracing is not used.
If so, what are the results with both enabled?
I use both when playing, at least, with both raytracing (all 4 set to on) and SSR set to ultra (even though GeForce Experience suggests psycho for SSR).
I'm using an RTX 3070 Ti and Ryzen 5 5600X (rest of specs in profile, if interested)
I used to have SSR set to Ultra, but have dropped to High. Yet to notice any major particular difference visually in game, though have found a site that details all the minor differences at the higher 3 tiers.
1) SSR ULTRA performing basically the same as SSR PSYCHO
2) SSR ULTRA insanely more costly than SSR HIGH (40-42 FPS difference)
3 )Ray tracing reflections outperforming SSR ULTRA
