So Alex texted me about something to remind me of the mission where you meet Songbird and the Twins and all that but....I don't see anything new? Nothing stands out as unique to that mission, and no vocal queues popped up to kind of point me in the right direction? Is this bugged? What does she actually give V?

Probably just me, but I never associated H10 with Little China, so I went around to all the wrong apartments first.

is it an object i pick up and interact with? Or is it just something on the TV that auto-plays when I sit down on the couch and turn on the TV?

It's on the couch in the apartment. You should see a braindance icon above it. When you interact with it, you sit down and put on the BD set and watch the video.

Regarding the apartment being in Little China, I didn't know that either! Anyway, it's the 'main' apartment, the one you have from the start

Yeah that was my brain fart there. I read the text, saw Little China, and my brain instantly assumed it was the small apartment in Japantown, as that's the district that actually has an asian vibe to it. My brain never actually recognized that the started apartment was "Little China". Once you said it was the BD recording my brain was like "wait...that was in the other apartment, the main one. I remember that from my last playthrough a year ago." So yeah, complete idiot moment on my part. Thread is entirely pointless
