Edit: The Nomad one also can get a unique version of Jackie's Arch if you choose the right dialogue and have high enough Tech.
I really like it from a roleplay perspective, you can use each of V's lifepath starts as a way to get "in their head".
You have a unique intro mission when you first start the game. You get one unique sidequest related to your chosen lifepath. You get some occasional dialogue options that is specific to your lifepath during some quests.
And that’s pretty much it. It’s not very consequential to be honest since the main storyline must converge regardless of your chosen lifepath.
Nomad: A car which sounds like it's on the verge of death, but actually has surprisingly good specs.
Streetkid: An eye-searing blue&pink jacket with a picture of a woman on the back.
Corpo: An iconic variant of the JKE-X2 Kenshin pistol. Notably, if you have Phantom Liberty, this can be purchased from the iconic weapon vendor even if you chose a different lifepath.
