Enemy health bars sometimes showing and sometimes not... no longer!

In the vanilla game enemies health bar often appears and disappears based on the player's action.

Crouching down it appears, but standing-up it disappears.
Aiming your gun it appears, but simply pointing your gun it disappears.
Quickhacking during combat it appears, but doing so from stealth it disappears.

It is clunky and confusing, and it makes doing things like quickhacking, no-scoping, aerial takedowns, or just trying to quickly see an enemy's HP harder than it should be.

Disappearing Enemy Health Bar Fix[www.nexusmods.com] fixes that annoying behavior, and now allows you to see the enemy health bar as long as you're looking directly at that enemy, within a reasonable distance.

CDPR should've made it like this from the start.

It's never like this in any other RPG I've played, where HP bar only show when you crouch... it's very stupid.
