Optiscaler mod issues

Hi all! I recently started another modded playthrough. I downloaded an array of mods and one automatically included Optiscaler.

I pressed insert, and changed some settings like the DLAA-UltraP settings (i think i put all of them on C?) My in-game settings were set to DLSS and so after just tweaking settings and not knowing what I was doing, my DLSS is messed up now.

Top 1/4 of my screen is covered w a black bar, tons of generation issues and screen tear. (only for DLSS, everything else works fine) Now the insert key does not open the Optiscaler menu and I can't change the settings to fix it, I tried to troubleshoot to find files related but there was no optiscaler mod file(s) so I'm struggling to find out what is related to it.

Any ideas?

edit: literally just deleted every mod-related dlss or fsr file
