some ideas for optimization ¿
hi i have an i5-13600KF 3.50 GHz + rtx 4070 super + 32 ddr4 1600 mhz + running the game in a SSD , 4k and i get 40/50 fps on ultra + raytracing
Is this normal ?

Sounds like you're getting about what's expected with your resolution and graphic settings.

4k may be too much
I say turn off raytracing. The game is gorgeous without it and it's definitely hurting your framerate.

so,,,,,what a game need to run 4k at least in 60 fps, so F crazy.

ok i fixed ! now i have all in ultra + raytracing and get 110 -120 FPS ,it was a SSD problem i changed the game in to a 7200 mb/s SSD.
130-145 without RAytracing....

Im pretty sure its because you activated Frame Generation.

yep that helps alors, without i get 70/80 fps , a way better than before
Yeah, it really depends on the rig. I get great frames with Frame Gen on, but I had to go into Nvidia Control panel and force on Vsync, set a limit for my frames, and turn Low Latency off. Now I get buttery smooth 100fps at 1440p everywhere in-game.
