Is Synapse Burnout non-lethal now?
I've noticed that npcs I've hit with it are still alive afterwards. Is this a bug? Or is quickhacking non lethal?

AFAIK, all quickhacks that directly deals damage are non-lethal, the ones that deal indirect damage like suicide and detonate grenade are lethal.

Pretty much everything is non lethal now except head shots, massive damage or dismemberment. Also, once they drop, if you hit/shoot them again while they are down.

I can't wrap my head around why cdpr went that route. Kind of bugs me tbh.
