Can't get Full Disclosure gig to spawn

So, Sandra Dorsett gig, where she calls you and asks you to find her data shard. I can't get it to spawn. WIki says you only have to complete Double Life (the thing dealing with Evelyn). Well I completed that, like 20 gameplay hours ago, still hasn't popped. My V is now almost lvl 50, has maxed street cred, and is well on his way to capping out so many stats, and it still hasn't popped. Is it gated behind pushing the main storyline to a certain point first? Like Post-Parade content or something? Wiki doesn't mention that, but I seem to recall something about it popping only after doing something else related to the main questline?

Anyone have a clue?

You need to complete a gig for Regina don't remember the name. It's a gig where you infiltrate a scav hideout. It's the same place where you find the data shard of sandra. Wasn't triggering for me either and after doing that gig and getting the shard she called in a while. My guess is they did it like that to avoid bugs. Because in previous patches the gig and the quest didn't work well together. I think they did this on 1.6 or 1.5

Yeah I remember being able to just wander into that scav hideout LOOONG before Sandra ever calls you. Thing is I've been in that ripperdoc's shop and all around it a few times now, seeing if I could get in (can't all the passages are blocked). Usually if you are physically near a gig the fixer calls you. And Regina hasn't. So, not sure? Is it maybe that the gig is one of those that doesn't show up until you've cleared the first tier of gigs available? Because yeah this playthrough I haven't done too many for Regina yet.

Exactly! If I remember correctly that gig is in the 3rd or 4th tier so you will have to do quite a lot of gigs xd

So yeah that was 100% the problem. Not sure if it's ALSO gated behind doing Double Life main quest, but once I finished that gig for Regina, Sandra sent me a little chirp and wanted to talk about the data shard. Thanks a bunch.
